Understanding that web prosperity can be achieved is the first step towards achieving it. Next, we must understand that certain procedures must be followed. Just putting a web site (business) on the Internet is not going to bring you customers, let alone prosperity. Lots of traffic, people coming to your site, is needed and we need to convert those people into customers.

So how do we get traffic to our site, and how do we turn that traffic into customers? After choosing the right product, service or business, and the proper system, to help with our marketing efforts, we then enter the innovation period. The innovation period is where we come up with a new concept, or idea. That idea becomes our niche. Every prosperous company, whether on or off line, got started with an idea. Whether that idea was to improve a product or service, or to come up with a new marketing technique, it’s the new idea, or their niche, that led that company to becoming prosperous.

Ideas are not just for your typical brick and mortar businesses. The Internet is full of companies that started online with a new concept or idea. You don’t have to look any further than Google, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter to find examples of ideas that took off. One thing you have to remember; they all have their own niche.

The Internet is loaded with web sites that produce within their niche market. However, there are still plenty of unexplored niches that are waiting to be discovered. Whether it’s a new innovative way to drive traffic to your web site, a new marketing technique, or a bigger and better way to conduct searches, the options are endless.
